There was no way of knowing for sure that Pokemon Transporter wouldn't be available for download. It would have been frustrating to spend $5 on a service the day before it became free-to-use, only to discover that the the $5 was completely wasted.

The only way to get that app again now is by installing it manually, you know what that does mean, so I won't explain any further.

I downloaded pokebank beforehand specifically so that I could use it once it became free, but I didn't know that you have t have a paid subscription to get poke transporter, so now I can't get it.

I have yet to homebrew my 2ds, and don't really know how, so if anyone knows the best/easiest way and could help me that would be appreciated.
