Not enough space on the mlc

I am pretty new to all this hb stuff so I still don't really understand how it all works and what the vocab means yet. I got an error after finishing downloading a game on nusspli saying that there is not enough space on the MLC or something so I couldn't play it in the end. So what does it mean that my mlc is full ? How do I clear up space on it ? Also what exactly is an mlc ?

Mlc is internal storage.

Then, I might have been mistaken about the way downloads on nusspli work... Does that mean that when I try to download a game the files are first downloaded on my sd card and are only then installed onto my wii u's mlc ? Is that how it works ?

LoL, sorry for the interruption. I had to relook at the question, because it stunned me on the word "Mic". I thought, Why is there a "Microphone" on a Wii? My PSP doesn't have that.

Just a quick tip: Use external storage for games and try not to fill up your internal storage (also referred to as eMMC or NAND among other things) in order to prolong your console's lifetime. The less stuff you have stored on it, the better.

That hardly depends on what settings you choosed on that screen right before the download:
