You are absolutely entitled to host your files however you damn well want so long as you also provide:
1. The original source
2. Your modified source
3. An enumerated, *dated* list of changes you’ve made to the code
That is *required* by the GPL - I don’t know who filled your head with some idiotic notion of source upon request, but that ain’t it, chief - not unless you distribute your apps on a physical medium, and even then online is preferable. The Internet exists, your source should be distributed by FTP just like your apps are. GNU is explicit about this, we sent you the links to their damn website.
The best way to do that is with a repository since it keeps track of both changes and dates *for you*. I *explained that to you*. This is why it’s been an open source community standard for years - because you have to go out of your way to *not* comply with the GPL license when your project is on a GIT.
I’ve been exceedingly helpful to you and even explained how to *easily* convert your project into a proper repository with a list of changes in a handful of steps, but you chose to play the martyr, so guess what? Now I’m not so keen to help you, now you’re on your own.

But this is not the point, because literally the day before yesterday I fulfilled all your requirements, now the projects have repositories with everything you need. The only reason I'm looking for another platform for OC Suite and 4**** is because you allow morons like Detroitguy22 to behave inappropriately, swear, insult. Your colleague literally incites him to continue.

Okay, you can not download. Improving someone's gaming experience forcibly, I'm not going to. I just give the opportunity, the choice, to play with soap and drawdowns below 30 frames per second, or to play with graphics of the level of PS4, in native resolution and 60 fps, often with almost no penalty to power consumption.
When someone gives everyone who wants for free - such breakthrough improvements to the gaming experience that they even sound too good to be true, but they really turn out to be true ... It seems to me that the hilarious growth dynamics of the installation base of my "bullshit" would not slow down even if I called for Hitler to pray and eat babies.
