I really need help right now, I have jailbreak PS Vita again and I'm on firmware 3.65.
I want to download games from PKGI and when I try downloading game, I get this error Failed to download.(C0-9250-6)
I understand I need NoNpDrm and ref00d but when I install NoNpDrm and ref00d plugins from Autoplugin and restart PS Vita, I can't launch any apps after that since PS Vita restarts himself.

sounds like you are new to this ?

- dont use Autoplugin, make only problems
- NoNpDrm and ref00d need to add in the tai confg and restart is needed (ref00d mostly not needed on 3.65)
- when using nonnpdrm, than you must use data folders NoNpDrm Rom files. dont think you will have luck with PKGI.
- 3.60 is better for you, since you can easy install henkaku again
- on 3.65 dont lose vitashell or molecularshell, or you get big trouble !
- on 3.65 you will have internet problems (you can not access to henkaku site anymore)
- try to make backups before you try something

I have done that but PS Vita still restarts himself when I launch apps.

I have the feeling, that he use SD2Vita and its maybe not correct mounted ? Otherwise when he use a original Sony Card he must put it in ux0: ....
godreborn has right, the tai is not good and he has 2 kernels up in the confg.

- use the Vita setting menu, to reload your tai confg and use below REBOOT device
dont do it over vitashell

the best is to format all and start again, but on 3.65 he will lose molecularshell, so not good way to do it.

EDIT : ''console restarting himself'' ? hhmmm, sounds not good. is this happen with any homebrew ?

EDIT 2: ref00d was needed for firmwares under 3.60. its outdated.

I think its a problem from SD2Vita, the code maybe say it can not find your data folders.
the bubble gets install on your system, the data files will go on sd2vita or original sony card.

again: dont lose vitashell when try something out ! when you mount sd2vita incorrect everything gets lost and you will have trouble on 3.65.

The patch folder is for official updates. What you're trying to do sounds like repatch. Add that plugin to your config.txt, then follow instructions.

Roms - NoNpDrm dump in “ux0:app” folder
DLC - NoNpDrm in “ux0:addcont/[GameID]/[DLCFolder]”
Updates - NoNpDrm updates in “ux0: patch//[GameID]”

I had never test DLC or updates.... patch folder is for updates.
The same for MaiDump Roms
