I accidently thought that atmossphere etc did already catch up with the latest firmware. Now my console keeps crashing. Any way to get back to 16.0? Any help is appreciated!

The latest atmosphere that was compatible with FW16.0.0 is also compatible with FW16.0.1 out of the box, this ain't your issue.
Try to copy the atmosphere files to the sd card again.

Sounds like someone isn't giving the whole story and probably didn't update their fusee.bin file like you have too....

"a fatal error occured when running Fusee. unable to identify package1! Press power to reboot"
do you mean that? I did think that i overwrite the new fusee.bin file.
well Im going to replace all the folders to see if it works.
i have to rename the "update.bin" to "fusee.bin" right?

Renaming update.bin to fusee.bin will not have the desired effect.

You need to get the matching fusee.bin from here:

https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases

it’s a separate download from the same place you get the main atmosphere release.
