Ship of Harkinian (Ocarina of Time) Wii U Port




This is a port of Ship of Harkinian to the Wii U. Ship of Harkinian is a PC port of Ocarina of Time allowing you to enjoy the game with modern controls, widescreen, high-resolution, and other great features!

Quick Start

  • Requires a supported copy of the game (See supported games below).
The instructions below haven't been updated in a while. Join the official Discord for updated builds and support.

Releases:

  1. Download the Khan Charlie 6.1.2 .zip from here or the #downloads channel on the official Discord.
  2. Download the PC OTRGui version from here.
  3. Use OTRGui to create an oot.otr archive file. If you already have a oot.otr file for the latest PC version, you can use that as well.
  4. Copy the oot.otr file to the wiiu/apps/soh/ folder on your SD Card.

Nightly Builds:

The nightly builds come with up-to-date features, but are experimental. Use at your own risk.
  1. Download the latest soh-wiiu and soh-windows artifact.
  2. Use OTRGui from the soh-windows.zip to create an oot.otr archive file. If you already have a oot.otr file for the latest PC nightly version, you can use that as well.
  3. Copy the oot.otr file and the contents of the soh-wiiu.zip to the wiiu/apps/soh/ folder on your SD Card.

I’m also curious if its possible to play with a original n64 controller with rumble pack?
To my knowledge: No. The mayflash adapter doesn't support any extensions like the rumble pack and the raphnet to classic controller one? Well, classic controllers don't support rumble, so the Wii U doesn't even send the rumble commands to it.

The N64 NSO controller works just fine with rumble via bloopair through.

I haven't played much, since I'm at Ganon in the nso version. I didn't use a guide, and I'm aware of the confusion with the water temple. Lol. I couldn't beat Ganon though, but I'm missing a ton of shit. :P
I'll never forget the first time i played in '98 and could never beat gannon. Never touched the game for another ten years and done it on the first try! Moral of he story.... Don't wait that long!! :rofl2:

I lost on his second form, wasn't really sure what to do without a sword, so I was using the hookshot.

The rumble feature doesnt work on the Wii u pro controller when settings are enabled to auto… when setting in controller configuration to Wii U pro controller it does work then, but not when auto is on…
Does somebody knows how to fix this?

I cant get Rumble enabled for the Wii U pro controller when settings are set in controller configuration to Auto. Is there something wrong with my configuration file? How do I know?

When I manually set the Wii U procontroller in here (picture below) the Rumble feature is is working but I need to keep my controller configuration to the Wii U procontroller, the rumble doesn't work in "Auto"...

Hi guys, can I ask a question? I saw two forwarders for SoH in the thread: since I plan to play only from my WiiU gamepad (both screen and controls), is one of the two more recommended for my use?

Hello how are savegames compatible with updates? I updated once and while my savegames worked it crashed when starting a new game. But that was also after I added Master Quest.

there's a mario64 build for wiiu. the mods are in the enhancements folder iirc, and the tool to add them is in tools. you have to add them before building.

I mainly built PC builds and only tried the Wii U a handfull but kept getting issues eventually made 1 build as for PC version i have full rt and render96 texture mod game looks great i may try rebuilding sometime but im unsure if texture mods are possible on Wii U
