Yes u will have to install a second MOSFET like @rehius said I had the same issue after installing second MOSFET it worked fine

Hello. I'm trying to install picofly on switch v2, but the led on rp2040 first flashes blue, then flashes purple once and boots into ofw. Connections are all checked, soldered to the emmc board and to the main board, tried with and without 47 ohm resistors (ofw won't boot without them).
Pico fw_2.5_nw.uf2 + unlock.uf2 from 78 page

Emmc Toshiba thgbmjg8c2lbail. Switch fw 16.0.1

Have there been any problems with these emmc's?

Post some photos of your connection. You can also try 94 Ohm (47 + 47).

There is a common issue with picofly design - chip works on 3.3v levels, and eMMC has 1.8v, I use some magic to make it working, but in theory you have to use a level shifter

Can level shifters be used with firmware version 2.5?

Easy for you to say. They cost thrice the price of the rpi2040 and are hard to get at all here (i.e. aliexpress doesn't even list them from my location).

I say that cause theu already have yhe mosfets needed. Plus only brings the cost up a couple of more bucks

Maybe use SN74LV1T34 logic level(3.3v to 1.8v(vcc on 3.3v) solve the problem?

Looks like only D0 is needed? Or all of them, because the others have pull-up resistors inside,
I'm not quite sure either.

With 94 Ohm resistor on clk rp2040 flashes blue once or twice, then flashes green once and boots into ofw.

For the oled. You must have dat0 adapter and pace of Flex Cable v2 and 47R smd resistor. Pico Rp2040 chip. Wiers. Done

Can’t really find an english guide or a video for the installation of an RP2040 chip, all of them are either in chinese or portugese. Would anyone happen to know a proper guide for the installation of an RP2040 or a similar chip on a v2 switch? Btw, I can’t really seem to find a guy who can properly install these chips in my country rn, is it safe if I pay a smartphone technician to do the solderings and other hardware parts, dunno how to solder but I’m pretty sure I can handle the software side by myself.

Hi all, managed to get my Erista to go blue, then a turquoise light flashes only to go off and boot to OFW.

I think it's the mosfet, I cannot see how the hell to solder it to the cap?
It just does not want to know. I have a thin tip but you cannot stop crossing pads.

Is there anyway to bypass the mosfet temporararily & get the chip to boot to see if it's defo the mosfet links causing the issue?
I was up to 2am trying everything to solder that last part.
