Homebrew Pokemon DS Games to Pokemon Bank?

I want to know if it's possible to do this. Whenever I go onto Poke Transporter, it doesn't recognize that I have any save data. The games were put onto my 3DS from the nds forwarder on Universal Updater.

You should use PKSM. You can just drag and drop pokemon to your gen 6 and gen 7 saves(and therefore into Pokemon bank). Pokemon bank looks for a cartridge save, not one on the SD card

For HG/SS gen or lower, you need to transfer the Pokemon first to Black/White or Black2/White2 since those are the games that the Poke Transporter supported.

Then you can use this mod to direct the Poke Transporter to a save file on your sd card instead of a cartridge:

Poke Transporter won't recognize them from nds forwarder, you need legit copy.
