Measured the cmd resistor and the ohms were off, eventually purple screened. Uninstalled and switch worked fine, Cmd measured correctly.
TLDR - use some damn resistors.

You either join the resistance or you ohm out of luck

Please check your soldering. Looks like both drains connected to capacitor.
