Update i cannot cancel the order
no worries. End results is all that matters. I’m not ripping out my HWFLY chips, that’s for sure.
Update i cannot cancel the order
sure, why notDoes it boot emuMMC on current state?
I found this to be true with the OLED and HWFLY. If the switch was powered off for a while and was in a cold room it would boot much slower the first few times. Same thing happens when my battery dies. After a few boots and a good charge I boot into hekate instantly. It appears the glitch timings depends on many many things like time from the poweroff, kind of the poweroff, console temperature. (the current algo considers this). But of course you can try your way
nop, different pinout and no RGB LedGood afternoon from me. I congratulate all those who made an effort to get this project off the ground. I have a question, will the diagram for this rp2040 be the same?View attachment 360263
Yes, this one is perfect for the job. By the time you solder the edge connector and 4 SP points you’re like 99% of the way there. Just sayin.I guess we'll have to wait for rcpd's release, to finally see something open sourced. While I wait for that, I understand that the solder work will be the same.
So, is this the hwfly flex cable that I should buy to avoid using a mosfet and more complex wiring? (Mine is an ordinary Mariko Switch)

Might.PSA: if you like the hwfly / instinct chips, pop over to the Ali store and let the sellers know that there’s a new game in town. Might make them lower the current prices faster, no?
You have so much knowledge. I know you have concerns about posting full source. Have you considered posting part of it in a generic form? Maybe something like "Glitching a Tegra X1 with a raspberry pi".Yes, it is better to desolder buttons + USB-C + 3.3v regulator. However I was able to fit the whole chip by cutting the metal cover, had a tiny bump after assembling.
The firmware still has no software update feature, that had been planned for the future version. I highly doubt you would need to ever update it.

The firmware developer @rehius has not supported it, apparently because of its physical size, the RP2040 has a pin29 that is used for DAT0 if I'm not mistaken it doesn't have the Rasperry Pi Pico, too bad because I have one of those and it's hard for me to get an RP2040. Anyway, now I am going to write to him to see if by cutting the last 5 pins he will get excited to write a variant for that board.Good afternoon from me. so what?it's just a matter of time until new modchips and ribbon cables based on rp2040 pop up at chinese marketplaces like aliexpress and others.

Instinct is a pretty good chip thoPSA: if you like the hwfly / instinct chips, pop over to the Ali store and let the sellers know that there’s a new game in town. Might make them lower the current prices faster, no?
