Hi everyone,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

So I was looking in to getting some more space available in the SD card on my Switch. Its modded with a chip, and everything works perfectly.

My current SD is 256GB, and I saw that the backup folder was freaking huge. Since I have it on 2 external drives, and on the cloud, I was researching and figured it was fine to delete it.

The question is: in my /emuMMC/ folder I have the following files/directories:
Code:
BK00
SD00
emummc.ini

What is this BK00 folder? From what I understand it is a Backup folder. Is that correct? Would it be safe to delete it? Should I keep a copy somewhere safe?

Thanks in advance!

I get that with the SD00 folder and the .ini file, obviously

I was asking specifically about the BK00. Is it necessary to keep it in the SD?

That is your backup
