Me, the 0.1% of the people subscribed to Online without expansion pack (99.9% are subscribed with expansion) is stuck with green and color GB games. :nayps3:

And instead of giving us dual-screen multiplayer with 1 switch and 2 joycons, we need to buy another 300$ for multiplayer!

Smash 64 Remix is an awesome romhack and totally free. I'm surprised Nintendo didn't try to block them from making this romhack which feels like a genuine full game with new content.

This is worse than digital purchases, it's rentals.

Isn’t that what we’re doing with this service, anyway? The problem with this specific service is the type of paywall they’re putting it behind. Rental services for games never sits right with me. I’d rather pay $5 a game to own* so that I can play at any given time without being tied to a subscription or being forced online.

*Digital games are already a slippery slope as they can disappear whenever Nintendo (or the service provider) so chooses.

Some users on the forum Blu-ray.com act surprised when their digital purchases disappear or simply don't work.

Digital purchases are more like long-rentals than customers actually owning the product they bought.

And just imagine if or when Apple does it to their iTunes service which many have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars/pounds/etc.

It is a genuine concern that will never addressed. Whether it’s due to a legal gray area involving copyright, or just licensing… We will never truly own digital media..

hmm... i wonder if this GB +GBC games on switch NSO/NSO+ means that VC is on switch now,
since it no longer will be on past systems (3ds/wii U).

well, it is not True {VC} for switch like it was on 3ds/wii U, but it's better than nothing,
only thing expect you need to have an active & paying NSO sub to play these oldies only...

Forgive my ignorance but been searching the all over the net for the NSP for Gameboy Online, is it too soon or am I missing something? if the genesis, NES,SNES and N64 are available for atmosphere I assume the Gameboy shouldnt be so hard

Can’t imagine being concerned about whether or not the games I’m pirating are available a day after they’re released… Waiting shouldn’t be so hard..

I download every game I buy, nothing more, and I looked for both gameboy and gba on my usual site. they weren't there, so I guess we'll have to wait.
