Switch Connects to RCM but does nothing

so my switch connects to rcm but it won't let me load and payloads. I tried hekate but that doesn't do anything. I need some help on this one gang.

Edit:
When I was sending payloads I would get this error
When I use tegra I get this
RCM Device detected
Preset "PAYLOAD_FILE" set to : C:\Users\User\Downloads\fusee-primary.bin
New favorite added
Invoking TegraRcmSmash.exe with args : "C:\Users\User\Downloads\fusee-primary.bin"
Error while injecting payload (RC=-50)

Edit:
I tried the tegra msi and my switch turns on but i get this

Welcome to atmosphere Fusee!

Fatal error: Failed to stat stage 2 (atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin)!

Press POWER to reboot

Try this, if you get 0x0000 then you got a patched unit.

Restart the application and try again if you tried different usb port/cable, you could also try to restart the computer.

Now tegra just stays in RCM when I send payloads.

if you have an Android phone you can try Rekado (https://github.com/MenosGrante/Rekado) using a to go adapter and a USBA to C cable.
by the way which is your console serial?
all was working before?
can you try to inject other payloads like Lockpic-RCM

There maybe hope. I used sd files from sdsetup and my switch booted but it went straight to the lowbat sign. I'll check back with you guys in a bit.

Whatever drugs they have in those files was just the fix my switch needed.
