Do I need newer version of fusee.bin?

You can certainly try it, you will need to change your hekate_ipl.ini to use it though.

Download the matching fusee.bin from GitHub and place it in /bootloader/payloads/

In this stanza of your hekate_ipl.ini file (assuming you’re booting into CFW on Emunand)

[CFW - emuMMC]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
kip1patch=nosigchk
emummcforce=1
atmosphere=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_payload.bmp

you would change:
fss0=atmosphere/package3

to read:

payload=/bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin

It still does not work. I downloaded the latest version of Hekate. The game still crashes. I reinstalled the game after I put the new version of hekate, Atmosphere and sigpatches on my SD card. Still no positive results.
I have similar problem with two updates for games (Yoshi Crafted World 1.0.1 and Luigi's 3 1.4.0) after update ti 15.0.1 and Atmo 1.4.1. New sigpatches, reinstall games and nothing... I saw some notes about crashed ticket but also without success :(

It does not work when I start my Switch with fusee.bin. I updated my CFW with the app Daybreak. I used FAT32 + EXTFAT Drivers. Do I need to update my OFW

@macmonka Strange. Yoshi Crafted World 1.0.1 and Luigi's 3 1.4.0 are working on my Switch.

I might be wrong but I don't think you're supposed to have nosigchk when you want to chain load fusee.bin. Can you try the following and see if it fixes the issue?

[CFW - emuMMC]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
emummcforce=1
atmosphere=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_payload.bmp
payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin

Worked for me too, until I upgraded CFW and Atmo. I don't know if it matters but in the DBI application I accidentally chose the "Cleanup orphanes files" option, maybe it broke my games :(

If You don't use Nintendo services You don't need to update OFW.

I tried it but it does not work.
Just to make sure you're booting CFW on Emunand instead of Sysnand correct? In case you've been booting into Sysnand, you'd need to remove kip1patch=nosigchk from [CFW - sysMMC] and replace it with payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin

And also you have the latest fusee.bin downloaded from below placed into your payloads folder like this.

Below is my hekate_ipl.ini (I only use cfw on emunand), I got similar issue where certain games would crash upon opening. Turned out it was because I forgot to chain load fusee.bin.

[config]
updater2p=1
{------ Atmosphere ------}
[Atmosphere FSS0 EmuMMC]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
kip1=atmosphere/kips/*
emummcforce=1
icon=bootloader/res/emu_boot.bmp
payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin
{}
[Atmosphere FSS0 SYS]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
kip1=atmosphere/kips/*
emummc_force_disable=1
icon=bootloader/res/sys_cfw_boot.bmp
{}
{-------- Stock ---------}
[Stock SYS]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
stock=1
emummc_force_disable=1
icon=bootloader/res/stock_boot.bmp

Yes I am using the newest version of fusee.bin. I am choosing "CFW - emuMMC" as I do for years. I put the file in the location in the screenshot you post it .

Everything is new except for your emunand. Do you have another SDCard we can use? Otherwise we’re going to have to back up your emunand to your PC using Hekate and then backup your fat partition to your PC and format your SDCard and start from scratch. There is literally nothing else left to check at this point.
You are right @binkinator Maybe my SD card is corrupt. Today I booted my Switch in CFW mode. When the initial screen appeared, I received a message that there was corrupt data on my SD card. All I could do was press delete. There was no other button. I have done that. Now all my games are gone. Is there any way I can test if my SD card is corrupt? Can it be repaired or do I have to buy another SD card.

Everything works perfectly again. After formatting my SD card and reinstalling all games, Pokemon Arceus still crashes. The culprit was the update file to version 1.1.1. This one was corrupted. When I installed the game it worked. But when I installed the update file the game crashed. I downloaded another update file. This one works perfectly. It took me a few days to reinstall all the games. I had backed up the savegame files via Edizon and restored them after formatting. I am very happy and want to thank everyone for help.

if you take a little time to read the OP, the package includes:
* Hekate patches file.
* Atmosphère sigpatches files.
* almost all firmwares sigpatches files.
* a Hekate_ipl.ini file for enable NOGC patch.

By the way I don't think you should'n mix FSS0 with PAYLOAD keys on the same section.

Or you chainload a Payload (PAYLOAD=xxxxxxx) or you tells hekate to extract some sections from Package3 and bootload Atmosphère (FSS0=atmosphere/package3)
