Can anyone reupload this ? I also want to use SD only .

On github there are versions since r1161

https://github.com/Fledge68/WiiFlow_Lite/releases?page=2

but you don't need use a very, very old version (Jun 2018) to get that function. on Jul 9, 2018, the commit 66c17c0 was:

Rich (BB code):
-removed sd only arg and replaced it with eisteinx2's code to detect …

…sd only. with slight change because mountall() is called in other places.

-fixed font glyph x spacing so letters like W no longer bleed into or look like they connect to the next letter. also fixes letters like j's. thanks to usbloader gx freetypegx code.
-changed some font sizing. but had to make button fonts in bold. if not bold then sometime's the text would fade out and be hard to read. something to do with the wiiflow button images being transparent. has no effect on non transparent buttons like carbonik abz theme.
-fixed wfl so time and date in games is correct. thanks aphirst!
-now unloading theme.ini from mem after all buttons and labels are created. this is possible since coverflow.ini is now seperate from theme.ini.
- other minor code changes and rem's put in for easier code decyphering.

So all the new versions automatically detects if you are on a SD Only mode and do not waste 20 secs trying to mount USB, and the code had received some tweaks since then.

So please use the latest version, you will get all the benefits.

Remember still there is a "sd_only" on the \apps\wiiflow\Wiiflow.ini

On download section of wiiflow wiki (https://sites.google.com/site/wiiflowiki4/forwarder-channels) there are several forwarders.

And on the download sections of GBATemp (https://gbatemp.net/download/hidden...b-mod-to-use-ios58-and-disable-ahbprot.37823/) there is a new version for the Hidden Forwarder which correct the custom animation glitch. You can read about that on https://gbatemp.net/threads/wiiflow-lite.422685/post-10037927

This is the channel that comes with modmii, it's not invisible. If you have more than 1 loader installed it will launch the 1st one listed in the read me and move down the list until it finds one. If nothing is found it will return to the main system menu.

You can easily adjust the forwarder paths by using modmii's advanced downloads to build a new forwarder dol, then replace it in your original forwarder wad using customize mii

Can someone explain what the 'Custom' setting (on page 4/5 of the individual game settings) means?
Which group of settings it belongs to?
What it does when it is in the 'On' position?
What it does (or doesn't do) when in the 'Off' position?

Okay, then at least how can this menu item ( 'Custom' ) be called in other words?

My adventures in an obscure alien world continue.
How/where can I get/make a simplest source menu?
Without a thousands of plugins, without 3rd party decorations and nonboring wallpapers, etc.

Edit: nvm, found and figured it out.
But in general, it's not decent and normal, when for the sake of one 1-kilobyte generic ini file one have to download the 3rd party theme sized 250MB (which still have to find first) and then look there for this file and then think where to stick it on the SD-card.
This type of basic plugs, along with instructions, should be supplied with the program itself.

Regarding sdonly: strangely, I came here to search for the same thing.

So all the new versions automatically detects if you are on a SD Only mode and do not waste 20 secs trying to mount USB, and the code had received some tweaks since then.
Then I think this code is broken, or I'm doing something wrong, because I run SD-only and still have the 20 second delay.

@fledge68

So the setting has been moved into the app?

have you checked the 'Startup Settings' menu to make sure SD Only is ON/YES?

Hello all, so I'm here to report a potential issue, it's possible I'm doing something wrong but I highly doubt it

I am able to get SSBB Infinite 3.0 launching off of USB (with patch files in SD:\private) using both USB Loader GX and CFG USB Loader. Using the exact same set up I cannot get it to work with WiiFlow.

The drive is set up properly, I just need to point WiiFlow at the RSBE01.gct. I made sure this was in the right place but first constructing one with WiiFlow, and then replacing it with the one from SSBB Infinite. I then enabled ocarina\cheats and set the hook type to AXNextFrame. The game image is already patched properly and basically I have checked all the boxes that got it working with both other loaders, but when WFL launches it, it loads the original SSBB and not the Infinite mod. So I'm wondering if there's something preventing WFL from enabling cheats or this particular hooktype properly.

I am able to test anything should there be appetite to troubleshoot.

Thanks!
edit: issue was resolved by saving gameconfig.txt to SD:/wiiflow/codes

A similar issue was raised by @C2PO on
page 149 of this thread and seeming resolved on page 150.

If you manage to find solutions with SSBB Infinite 3.0 please post your findings.

@fledge68, Hello I have some questions. 1st. I want to install game wads on usb so I had Wiiflow extract my nand on sd card vwiinand. I copied the vwiinand to usb and made folder called emuNAND and put in vwiinand folder. Then start up Wii U and into vwii WiiFlow tried to install game wad but it say to install on EMUnand so i tried to toggle from nand to emuNAND. it will not let me so i installed it on nand through Wiiflow because the toggle will not turn from nand to emunand. I dont know if i did wrong or how to input emunand with captials and small letters or where that folder should go in. 2nd. I converted Wii game wiiwares to vwii by using convert2vwii app for pc so is it safe? and it tells me it hasnt found 0 hash fails so means its good to go. 3 games working fine and doesnt show on system menu.

i don't understand how you toggle from nand to emunand.
are you going into settings and selecting channels type (real, emu, or both)?
do you use the source menu/flow to select emu nand or real nand?
or do you use the icon on the bottom to switch from wii, channels, gc, plugins, and homebrew?

on pic where you install wad and it say choose emuNAND and then click Go. I couldn't switch to emuNAND for emu. When i check the emuNAND in vWiinands folder, there no emuNAND after i installed because I installed on NAND. Did i do something wrong?

you need to go into main settings and choose partition settings. there you need to change emunand partition to USB. then on the install wad screen you should be able to choose emuNAND.

I tried and still will not let me set on emuNAND before go install. on NAND Emulation Settings 1st page Select NAND is default. Will not let me select. NAND Emulation is Partial and let me select from Full or Partial. Select Saves Nand is emuNAND and let me select from default or emuNAND. Saves NAND Emulation is FULL and let me select from Off or Game Save or Full. 2nd page is Extract Game Saves, Extract NAND and Install Wad. 3rd page is Saves NAND Parition is USB1 and let me select from SD or USB1. Use Real NAND Config is Off. Use Real NAND Miis is Off.

Got it fixed - Went in Settings and Game Partitions Changed Emu NANDS Partition to USB1 then had to copy from NANDS on SD card to USB1: vWiinands/emuNANDS/. Thank you for your time and help :)
