I recently bought Pokemon Gold Virtual Console (VC) in eshop, as well as Pokemon Red VC.
Of course, they work as fine as usual when I executed them in my New 3DS.
And I also downloaded a decent save file from this website for both games. They work perfectly fine when I opened them in pkhex. (also checked with a GB emulator)

In order to restore (overwrite) those save files to my game, I used a CFW tool called checkpoint, and it worked without any error.
However, when I entered the game, I saw some weird error. For the Pokemon Gold VC, it says that the save is corrupted and automatically initialized the save. Of course, there was nothing such as CONTINUE in the save check screen. But for Pokemon Red, the save works fine and it also links perfectly to Poke Transporter. (transferring pokemon from gen 1 to 7)
How can I solve this issue?
