In the last 5 years, I've had corruption with cfw+exfat, ofw+exfat and even cfw+fat32. I don't think any combination is 100% safe.

Much like how when a new version of CFW comes to support a new firmware version, the CFW still supports older firmware versions and doesn't only just support the latest firmware. The same logic can be applied to these patches. The firmware that they currently support includes all previously released firmware versions as well.
i can launch the game,but when i install the update the game will show corrupted

read the guide on OP to solve problems, ti satated get a new DLC from another source or dump again. reinstall all the sigpatches.
I updatet my Switch to version 15.01 with the latest version of Hekate, Atmosphere and the sigpatches from page 1. Pokemon Arceus, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are crashing. The rest of the games are working. Does anyone have a solution for it?
delete and reinstall just those games. Your game saves will not be deleted but to be safe you can back them up with JKSV before you delete the games.
try deleting it from System Settings -> Data Management and then reinstalling.
e: you could also backup you game save using JKSV and then delete your game save as well and then install the game and see if it will start. If it does, restore your game save and try again.

OK, for grins, let’s do these temporary moves one at a time to figure where the issue is.
1) move/rename /atmosphere to /atmosphere.bk
2) download a fresh copy of atmosphere.x.x.x.zip
3) unzip to top level of your SDCard.
4) download fresh copy of Sigpatches
5) unzip to top level of SDCard.
6) reboot and test game

4) download fresh copy of Sigpatches
5) unzip to top level of SDCard.
6) reboot and test game
1) move/rename /bootloader to /bootloader.bk
2) download a fresh copy of hekate.x.x.x.zip
3) unzip to top level of your SDCard.
4) download fresh copy of Sigpatches
5) unzip to top level of SDCard.
6) copy /bootloader.bk/hekate_ipl.ini to /bootloader/
7) reboot and test game

If neither of these fixes the issue you can delete the new directories you just created and rename the .bk directories to put everything back and we’ll look at the next thing…

I deleted the Atmosphere and bootloader folders. The I copied Atmosphere (version 1.4.1) and Hekate from the first page to the root of the SD card. When I am boot my Switch the following error message is given:

You need Hekate latest release from here: https://github.com/CTCaer/hekate
after you unzip it..THEN unzip the Sigpatches on top.
You will need your /bootloader/ hekate_ipl.ini file too…fortunately you pasted a copy a few comments back. ;-)
Everything is new except for your emunand. Do you have another SDCard we can use? Otherwise we’re going to have to back up your emunand to your PC using Hekate and then backup your fat partition to your PC and format your SDCard and start from scratch. There is literally nothing else left to check at this point.
I don't have another SD card. Is the problem my SD card? Another games are working. There are three Pokemon games that doesn't work.
