there are 2 passwords (1 for each archive)
and in the readme inside the archives is standing how you use it for ryu, yuzu and switch

Sadly, Thai is not available. You will find the same languages that any other first party Switch game would have. Many demand for languages such as Portuguese and Thai from Marvelous but all we can do is sit and hope they localize one day.
Please support the devs and purchase the game after wherever you get the game files. This series needs it the most at the moment for it to keep going on.
I hope so. I love A wonder full lite very much. I've been playing since I was a kid. It's a memorable childhood memory. I love Harvert moon and Story of season, but unfortunately it's never available in my country's language. since the birth of this series

Because it seems they tend to work with global release in mind, but something comes up, they can't do that and they are afraid removing those files will break something, so they leave them (for now if they plan to do it at some point). It's much easier to just force in code language without touching rest of code (if compiler will detect that code for other languages is not in use, it may remove unused code automatically - but this depends on many factors) and files.
This is not a rare occurrence in such cases.
Interesting. Someone on one of these teams must be quite optimistic considering these games have always released earlier in Japan, and the powers that be have yet to allude to that changing. Yet the fully-completed localization has been included in the past three main entries for this series. In all honesty, I was asking about the likely unknown "something went wrong"—thrice in a row—part of that, but it may simply be something we never find out.
Out of curiosity, are there other franchises have done this multiple times, even if non-sequentially? I wasn't even aware this happened until 牧場物語.
It's not always related to English language, and more often it's about ports of games to other platforms. From franchises f.e. Little Nightmares, WRC and Saints Row on Switch don't support officially Polish language though they have fully functional translation files included with game. I have unlocked Polish language in around 100 games on Switch with just IPS patches (including Saints Row 3 and IV) and multiple with exefs/romfs mods (including Little Nightmares 1 & 2; WRC 8, 9, 10, Generations)

For what it's worth, I did that successfully with Pioneers of Olive Town using JKSV. This is a different game though. 50/50?

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
