So A Week Or So Ago. I Was Downloading Some WADS on my Wii. However The Next Time I Booted It Up. The TV Just Said No Signal. I Tryed Swapping The HDMI Out With A Scart But That Did No Use. I Cant Even Get To Priiloader Or Connect My Wii Remotes. It Can Be The Wads I Installed Since One Was Named ''Wii Startup menu'' Or Something Like That. But Even If That Is The Case I Still Dont Know How To Remove It. FYI: Its Not A Vwii Just A Regular Wii, So I Cant Go On the Wiiu Homebrew

That doesn't sound good and not like a TV problem.
Please look at the exact things you installed. There is indeed something named "Wii Startup Menu" in existence and it should certainly NEVER be installed on a normal Wii. It is a pre-version of System Menu, designed to load the actual System Menu from a special update DVD… and it requires a functional IOS4 –– IOS4 is usually stubbed, so the Startup Menu won't even show.

As it probably overwrote the actual System Menu, it removed Priiloader along the way.

The only thing that survives such a disaster is BootMii installed in boot2. Without this, I'm afraid there is no easy way of repairing this damage.

U may have bricked yourself. Sounds like u installed a different system menu version without a corresponding system menu IOS (or you downgraded an lu64+ wii without installing a system menu IOS based on ios60). When u install a new system menu it removes priiloader.

If it's an old wii and u previously were able to install bootmii as boot2, u should be able to access it by powering on the wii with an SD card inserted that has bootmii saved to it

Grab this bootmii folder and save it to your sd card and power up the wii. If it doesn't launch u are probably out of luck, the only other possible solution is the save mii frii method to autoboot a game like super smash bros then execute the smash stack exploit
https://static.hackmii.com/bootmii_sd_files.zip

If u can access bootmii or any kind of homebrew environment it's easy to fix, but it's probably not likely that u will be able to do so

It is nothing with the HDMI. It is missing software (IOS).
If there is no BootMii in boot2, you've locked yourself out. No entry point for starting any software.

Effectively this means: Yet another Wii less on Earth.

Next time: Please read before doing anything and ask for help when having the slightest doubt. Better a question too much than one important question omitted. Somebody on GBAtemp will most likely be able to give competent answer.

Don't throw away the software bricked device. It can be used as donor system (for example the optical drive if it still works).

Ok Got It, Now Guide Me Through On The Important Things.
As Kleines has already explained, if you don't have BootMii installed as 'boot2' or any form of backups, then you're screwed.

Next time, do this on an EmuNAND using SNEEK. XFlak's ModMii lets you do this automatically.

Never Heard Of That But Ill Do That!
ModMii also helps you softmod any wii safely, in addition to bonus features like emulated nand set up and more

Did u try saving that bootmii folder to your sd card like I suggested? Do so, then boot up the wii with it plugged in. If u happened to previously install bootmii as boot2, it will load as long as this folder is detected in SD.

Also if u can access recovery mode using the savemiifrii method u might still he able to recover, but it's not very likely. Basically u connect a GC controller and press all 4 directions on the dpad down at once, u need to take apart the GC controller to do this, if u can access recovery mode then u should be able to autoboot into super smash bros brawl, you'll also need the disk. From there u launch the smash stack exploit from the stage builder (saved to sd card in advance), then u can access homebrew to fix the system menu. I've never personally done this so definitely Google save mii frii for better directions

Edit: to be clear it's unlikely to work, but there's a slim chance if u want to go through all that effort

does savemiifrii require a offical gamecube controller? Since mine is white and does not say ''nintendo gamecube'' at the top

No. It is often easier to perform on cheap, garbage grade controllers. Official GC (and other good) controllers will not allow pushing all four directions at once without disassembly and taking out the plastic directional cross.

It is unlikely that the SaveMii method will do anything, but you can and should try.

So question about this. If its not displaying video in the system menu and you have it boot a game, would it then cause the system to display video because its out of System Menu?
