Everything should be 60fps: Cutscences, Menus, and the Game itself! Game runs pretty horribly in the Cyberspace stages even with max OC. Much better experience in an emulator. Very minimal testing, make sure you have a save backup just incase something goes horribly wrong. Anyway, enjoy! (Also sorry for not providing instructions for the IPS install, I just spent 8 hours straight working on this and it's 6AM where I live so I need to sleep. I'll update with actual instructions in the morning.)

I did some testing on this and it is possible to get 60FPS on menus and in the open zones however currently cyberspace levels run at max of 35-40 FPS. It's likely that resolution values need to be tweaked there, but I don't want to focus on the bad because this was a challenging one to make that I attempted as well and its great to see someone succeed and sysdev will help others succeed in the future because he's planning on releasing instructions on how to ASM hack games for 60FPS which will help teach others skills that are hard to learn and hard to come by.

I'm not being able to make the FPS going any higher than 30. Could you detail the exact path and how to put the file? Cause I followed it but I don't know what I'm missing...

It needs to look like that. However the SonicFrontiers part can be any name.
No luck...I don't get it. It's still the same. I have no other reason why it's not working.
You need to overclock, are you doing that? Also are you using Status Monitor and checking the FPS with NXFPS? You won't be able to get above 35-40 FPS in the Cyberspace stages as well.

Hazerou made a cheat so you can control the resolution of the game. This makes it so you can now get 60FPS in the Cyberspace Stages.
EDIT: Hazerou converted the .pchtxt file into a cheat! There is a simple method to do this. Now you can download the cheat instead of the .ips patch if you prefer.

Why NSFPS not working correctly for me? Either it's stuck on 254 or 30 and doesn't really reflect the correct fps onscreen.
I was able to make it work but not with wifi on. Is it known for it not to work with wifi on?
That's really strange, nothing in NXFPS, SaltyNX and Status Monitor should touch any of the Wi-Fi stuff.
Only thing I can think of is if you have this installed: https://github.com/BestPig/NX-NONET but even then that shouldn't interfere

Alright, just tested this out and 60 FPS works in the menus, but doesn't go above 35 FPS in cyberspace and is locked at 30 in the open zone, even with max overclocks. Tried using the 1.1.1 cheat for 1.2.0 and the 1.2.0 cheat by senttex1407, but these numbers still remain. So, I guess there's no fully functioning 60 FPS for the latest version just yet.
