Just because you want to deny reality doesn’t change anything. The same people have been on record spreading conspiracies like Jewish space lasers starting forest fires
Anybody can say they support somebody. It does not mean that person necessarily reciprocates that support, especially since Trump has disavowed neo nazis over 30 times on camera and it's still not enough.

Marxists, Leninists and Maoists aren't parading around as leftists, they actually are leftists. Anybody who believes in more centralized government control are leftists. Socialism, by it's nature, requires a centralized authoritarian government.
