Yeah...that's not really applicable to violent sociopaths in positions of power. Showing them love isn't gonna correct their negative behaviors, it can only demonstrate that you approve of them. Case in point: officers' spouses try to show them love, and all the majority of them get in return is domestic violence or adultery. Police departments are in desperate need of reform, demilitarization, de-escalation training, and mandatory mental health counseling. Love doesn't even make the top one hundred on the list.
