Hacking Model editing and insertion in Pokemon USUM (looking for information/help)

I want to:


  1. Exported the model file from the .bin using Ohana3DS (or another program if a better one for exporting exists)
  2. Make a small edit to said model (not one that changes bones or joints)
  3. Import the model file back into the .bin, rebuild GARC as usual

I am seeking advice on what program(s) I can or should use for step 2 (and which format I should export the model using Ohana as to do so).
