Idk why, but for me, it's not making errors after restarts with changed language. I followed @vinson77 Offline PDF guide. Remember to use newest DBI build.

Do you think the DBI version has an influence? because I have done the whole process and it has worked, but then when I change the language and restart the game, it asks me for an account and internet connection... I have used the same guide that is published here (link on base64)

This is what we did to change the in-game Language:
There's a Gear Icon on the left tab. Simply select the option with the speaker in it. You can change to your preferred language by going to the bottom most item.
After successfully changing the Language, I just let the game sit for a few seconds, go back to the song list, then press the Home button and close the game.
No in-game issues since we finished the Project last week.
