Need help finding a replacement chip for this. Ordered from both EBAY AND Kasyn and it wasn't the right part... both times was sent the emi coil that goes on the back of the board where the p13 chip is... and bigger (See pic below)

Does anyone know where I can find the actual chip??

THANK YOU. I knew you would know. Wish I asked you a month ago.

I searched that part number and it shows up as the filters next to the p13 chip. You sure this will be the smaller size? not doubting you just double checking... wasted a lot of time and money so far

I'm sure, I have a bunch by hand and it's same size as v2 pi3 tx/rx filter.

I accidentally destroyed the SMD component on the Nintendo Switch OLED board to the left of the main CPU while removing the tin cover, can anyone tell me what this was?

Hello!
I need to know the values for these two capacitors in a Switch Lite.
They are sound related and were shorted. Removing them got rid of the short in the line (confirmed they were shorted out of the circuit) but now the Switch keeps switching from speaker and headphones constantly.

Anyone able to help me identify these 2 missing components? One is a cap that I don't know the value and the other should be a resistor or ferrite bead

This is an unpatched v1

Left capacitor (horizontal): 1uf 6.3v 20% 0201, doesn't really matter if it's missing as it's a filtering capacitor.
Right capacitor(vertical): 0.1uf 0201, not really sure about this one, saw it somewhere else, can't find the source now. Do your own research

Love this thread. tons of good info. Can anyone help me identify what component this ribbon cable belongs to? I need to decide if I'm ripping everything apart further to replace it. Thank you in advance!

SCREEN BACKLIGHT CABLE.
thanks for the reply! I just figured that out as I was browsing the 53 pin cable that also has damage and realized they are both related to the screen. for the price, I just ordered a replacement screen.

SCREEN BACKLIGHT CABLE.
I dont have a lot of experience with micro soldering, but I'm definitely going to replace that motherboard connector for the backlight cable as well. (water damage/corrosion/broken) are those even possible to re-work without melting the connector? there's no through holes, so I fail to see how it's mounted. I'm sure a replacement has been posted in earlier posts, but I didn't see methods for doing it.

There are heavy side tabs on these guys that are like heat sinks!

My switch was down for 2 months trying to replace that very connector. I would buy a pack of them on aliexpress because you’re going to yeet a couple melted ones until you get it right.

You need a very fine/precise tip for this connector soldering. Or you could try hot air blowing from the other side.
The connector is SMT,surface mounted. the edge of both side from where cable insert has ground mounting pin, and the flap side is 4pin actual circuit
