I'm afraid you've also got a fake the same as to what @impeeza has. Originals cannot be bought anymore before or after April 2021 after Nintendo sued them.

is there any other payload safe to push besides hekate to check if colors actually change anything

I honestly don't know I'm afraid. You can tell what payload is set to run just by pressing down on the + button and the LED will blink a certain colour.

it looks like mine is responding to changing colors it boots me from blue to my hekate than on green it does nothing and on red it boots something else but iam missing some file to run it, what's that users about just for some personalized payloads?

I mean it is possible that it is fake v5 but if it works :X

Create a folder on the root of the RCM Loader called either "USER1", "USER2" or "USER3". Then drag-and-drop a payload named "payload.bin" into one of the folders.

Use ArgonNX-SE. Is the best payload and never need to be updated

ok it for sure fake or broken i can pass red light i mean it is displaying yellow but it is going back to red so i guess iam booting from red now.

Hold down the + button and it'll change to a different payload. Do this before plugging it into your Switch.

If its on yellow, magenta or cyan depending on where you placed the "payload.bin" file in its corresponding user folder, you should be good.

nah you dont get it i or i dont get it, it schould cycle from blue to cyan? I cant get it past yellow or go back to blue and it wont even stay at yellow when pluged it is red

That's what I'm trying to say here. When renaming the payload, did you have hide file extensions turned off in Explorer?

the files are not the problem i think. I cant edit launch.txt on it and i can force it to any color i want and sucesfully push any payload but i cant cycle trought the colors by presing and holding that button and resset is not working too

If its not that then it must be something to do with the dongle itself.

heh its freaking out at users when they are emty it can run 3 main profiles just fine

I still have the SX OS dongle, is there any way for me to update the payload that's on it to Hekate? Like via USB C or the Micro USB port?

Yeah, but that's still reliant on booting the file from the SD card, instead of being injected from within the dongle itself.
