The site went under maintenance yesterday due to a minor glitch on the server.
Looks like you are a dupe of a banned member, restrictions were put in place on their IP and you have inherited those because you are the same person. Those restrictions will not be removed because you are a ban evader.
Have you ever considered just not logging in dear sir?

I expected this because I figured him out days ago, lol. He's an easy person to figure out with just a quick skim through his posts.
