But GOOD NEWS.... I think. I believe I FIXED THE ISSUE. I took the advice above earlier and restored a nand backup with bootmii. It didn't work. However, I found an even older nand backup from years ago on an older HD. After restoring that... Things have been working. For now at least.

I think something got corrupted when I was installing games or I might've messed something up enabling priiloader hacks I wasn't familiar with.

Thank you @M4x1mumReZ

As I said a post ago (we posted minutes apart so you might have missed it) I spoke too soon... the issue has re-emerged unfortunately. But I did find out some new "clues". Eventually I can get all the titles to load if I just hang out on the SD card screen and scroll back and forth. Not sure why this works, but as I said, maybe it's a hint into what is going on. The fact that this started occurring after I added more data to my SD card makes me think that maybe the Wii is just slow and sucks at handling large amounts of data on an SD card or something, or my Wii is starting to show its age. I really dunno I just install all this cool software people make, I'm not good at understanding the how or the why.

But at least I can get them all to launch, even if it takes some dicking around..... I think I'm going to setup sneek as a backup solution, although that has it's own drawbacks as well since it has to run isolated from the rest of the system. I've never set it up before but it doesn't seem too hard with Mod Mii. I never pursued Emunand in the past because I'm mainly interested in playing N64 games and they do not work on Cios Emunand and Sneek was less elegent of a solution than just patching Ios80 and slapping them on the SD card.

I appreciate everybody taking the time to comment and give input and I'll let people know if I have any breakthroughs with this issue.

So I think it MAY BE fixed this time.

I've been formatting my SD card using Windows. Fat 32 and 32 kb clusters. Just like his recommended on forums, other websites, etc.

However I decided to see what Nintendo recommended directly on how to set up an SD card for the Wii.

They recommended going with a piece of software from the SD card association that automatically format's SD card depending on its size and type. It formatted my SD card The same way that I did in Windows. 32 kilobyte cluster fat 32. I didn't think it would work. But it must have something done something different? Because ever since I did that with this software... Things have been good as gravy... I dunno. Maybe it's just a fluke and I will see problems down the road again. I'm crossing my fingers.
