Helps needed for the JKSV

What I want to do: extract the save from the pokemon scarlet from the stock firmware to edit the money.

What I did: I switched to the atmosphere the extract the save and edited with PKHex
I put the modded save back to the sd card JKSV folder and restored it with JKSV of course, NO error occurred

However, when I go back to the game on the stock firmware, the save is not the modded one, it's still the original save.
Does that mean the restore failed?

Where does it go wrong?

Which system do you boot with atmosphere: Atmo EmuNAND or Atmo SysNAND?

I actually tried and it’s the same.
IDK if it is your use case, but for pokehex the best app is actually DBI. There you can run a MTP responder and your switch will appear on your computer as a hardrive. There are a folder for savegames, you can open the pokemon one and change the folder "main" straight on pkhex.

Actually FTP is the best for this, since you don't need an usb c cable.

if you going to the effort to load atmosphere on stock to save edit for money
you may aswell just load the game and cheat it in https://gbatemp.net/threads/pokemon-scarlet-violet-cheat-database.621563/

Oh you inspired me! I chose another one to boot and it works. Thanks so much
yeah, I suspected you chose wrong NAND. Because you play game on sysNAND, that means if you boot into EmuNAND with atmosphere, apparently there is no save data for your game stored there, tthey are separate NAND and never use each other data. That's the point of EmuNAND. PRIVATELY!
You have to boot in sysNAND with atmosphere so that you can run HB and use data of sysNAND (in this case, your pokemon save)

I still have some issues with that. I was playing the new Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (I believe it was sysNAND because when I try to run emmuNAND, the screen keeps in black), then I tried to use Amiigo HB but that blue screen appears and instead, I clicked on VOL button, I clicked on POWER button. Then the console didn't turn on so I pressed for a few seconds the POWER button and injected the payload again to run Hekate again.
So, I tried emmuNAND and black screen only, then reboot and injected the payload again and booted sysNAND and when the console came to "alive" again, for some reason the game wasn't installed. So I just installed and the save file wasn't in there.
I downloaded the Checkpoint and JKSV and checked the game and it says Time Played: 34:51 (so apparently is my "old" save file). Then when I made a backup on both HB and try to restore the backup, nothing happened.
I can't restore my save file and looks like I need to start the game from the beginning, which is very sad knowing my save file is inside the console.
Can someone help me, please?

It's this. EmuMMC / EmuNAND is different entirely from SysNand. You need to boot into CFW on Sysnand and then restore the save file the same way you did previously except this time, your still on CFW but on Sysnand and not Emunand.

That is why it's not updating your save on stock firmware. Because emunand and sysnand are separate and u need to boot into sysnand with CFW and then do the same thing you did before on the emunand and restore the sav file with JKSV
