I have an original hackable switch but I messed it up trying to upgrade.
I can now only boot into hekate. It's got a mismatched pkg1/pkg2 issue so I'm trying to install a new firmware to sort it out.
Since I can't make it to atmosphere I'm using my PC to sort it out following this guide:
https://switch.homebrew.guide/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade
I've tried various versions of firmware that I downloaded from
Like 5.1.0 but every time I try and run ChoiDujour it gives an error:
Using source firmware files from folder fw
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "ChoiDujour.py", line 517, in <module>
File "ChoiDujour.py", line 225, in call_hactool
Exception: [WARN]: Failed to match key "bis_kek_source", (value "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX")

I got the keys using lockpick_RCM.
The firmware file is unpacked in the folder fw

Any idea where I'm going wrong?

Why people still use ChoiDujour? Isn’t it way outdated and causes issue with newer firmwares?

Btw just restore your old nand backup you should have made when you first hacked the switch, boot to syscfw and update with daybreak. If you don’t have your original nand backup, maybe you need to follow the band rebuild guide. Make sure to backup first and save your own prodinfo do so you won’t loose online capability forever.
