This works like a Charm, you can change the injected payload pressing the "+" button and the update of payload is easy as copy files to an USB Thumb.
Last Year I did buy a Fake "V5" from Aliexpress:

This is funny, by example, the "Reset" button is not a 90Āŗ one so you need to disassemble the unit to press it.
If you copy several payloads to the folders, at first you think you are changing the one to be injected pressing "+" button, but you never know which payload is the one to be injected, you can press the + button but the color show by pressing do not correspond to the one show when injecting the payload and neither correspond to the payload folder been injected.
And for some time I also have had a R4Ė¢:

yes I can, but for simplicity, only copy ArgonNX-SE to ATMOSPHERE_HEKATE and leave the others folders empty, and reset the rcmloader, so only a payload is used.You can actually add payloads to yours through USB? Must be a different V5 than I got.
