Some things to keep in mind with the emu:
Vsync OFF
Handheld mode
using vulkan 1.1343 ryujinx build here for reference.
using firmware 15.0.1 with prod keys for 15.0
Running scarlet xci 1.0.1 in these codes case.

Using this is the cheat text file i use for ryujinx 1.1343 build (see attached file) the directory for the file is
C:\Users\YourUsernameHere\AppData\Roaming\Ryujinx\mods\contents\0100A3D008C5C000\cheats

place the attached text file, into that folder/directory to install my cheat text file in ryujinx.

Then boot the game up enable the cheats from the "actions" tab in ryujinx and youll see "manage cheats"

Try to enable say the first 3 only to test and make sure its working. Tick the boxes for these 3 codes.

Click Apply and save save on the cheats menu, then stop your game and reboot the rom and those cheats should then be enabled upon the next boot up of ryujinx.

Making all mons shiny, the gameplay smoother and every pokeball act as a masterball does. using just those first 3.

Ok so i tried this on my OFW console for infinite ability patches and it WORKS lol
you just leave the miraidon or koraidon in the bottom of your party and the dupe glitch will stay active as long as its there! i saved , turned off the game and came back then clicked "return to ride form" to start the dupe circle all over again so this is not a code its a glitch but its amazing! So you need to know it exists! Enjoy!


WANT TO REMOVE THE RIDE MON YOU STUCK IN YOUR PARTY AFTER YOUR DONE?
simply re-preform the part where you clone it and "send to box" then release the one you sent to box to remove it from the party.

It being flagged by PKHex as static encounter just means that PKHex couldn't find in its database of world spawns any that was possible for that pokemon but found a static encounter that matched its data. And for anything other than raids you can change anything that could be different in the static encounter without PKHex detecting it as illegal; this usually (but not always) includes IVs, nature, and gender.

As for why you can't change a raid pokemon, PKHex can figure its seed from the pokemon, and then check every attribute of the pokemon from the seed. Thus, it will detect any change to the raid pokemon at all unless you replace all its attributes at once with new ones calculated from another valid raid seed. It's unlikely Nintendo itself will check the pokemon to that extent, but they could if they wanted.

sad as it is ive seen keyloggers in official software so many times i see your point here, they could but likely wont log any number of things to easily id and ban wave us for "abnormal behavior patterns" like say they like shiny encounters and note all your encounters are shiny they could certainly use this as a premise for banning some devs are very over zealous with that stuff, but as you point out its not too likely with pokemon as far as the way they have handled it in the past and even in more recent times when asked about it gamefreaks has expressed they would rather go after hackers (aka the person using the shiny code) than those who say recieved hacked shiny pokemon in trade. I believe blaines the poketuber who lives in Japan had mentioned something about that on his channel in regards to him asking about their policy on they gray areas of "hacked pokemon trades". I do think about all the times we found loggers in playstation games being used against players I suppose its just Ninty catching up bro! lulz!
time will tell! in diamond and pearl remakes i believe they found ways to id clones and ban for them as well in recent years.

It's not about logging. There are certain patterns to how pokemon are generated, and in some cases where the patterns are simpler — such as with ScVi's raid pokemon — you can analyze the pattern to see if the pokemon has been tampered with.

It's similar to how the weak RNG and simpler generation rules from generations 3 and 4 enabled PKHex to tell for sure if a pokemon was tampered with. The ability to tell for sure if a pokemon was tampered with wasn't intentional — thus, Nintendo never used it themselves — but simply a result of how the game works.

Whenever this is the case you simply can't edit a pokemon and hope it won't be detected as illegal. You need a more involved process that guarantees every last bit of data in the pokemon conforms to how the original, non-hacked game generates it.

Any luck with exp reducer codes? or removing the exp share?

Just saw Falo's post about exp share not removable thru code. But just as the exp multiplier, a reducer would be neat for wild encounters/Go massacre mode.
Damn has no one made an EXP reducer cheat yet? That's crazy I wonder if it's even possible if it's been this long

They never changed it, the only new thing since gen 3 they added was more stuff to it.

Since gen7 they added the RareTryCount and a way to mod IV's, for example chaining, by chaining they added a way to mod IV's by editing the existing value like pkhex does, this allowed non-matching iv / seed combos and legal checking became more complex.

This is also the reason why gamefreak doesn't really care about very strict legal checking, it's too complex to maintain and there are many exceptions to the rule, so they only do rudimentery checks in the game/online to identify 100% illegal mons.

An example of this is my Encounter Mod Code for Scarlet/Violet, prior to 1.0.1 i made a different code that only modded the monsno instead of modding the generator code, this flagged all charmander and mew's to illegal and you were unable to catch them, but the newer code generates valid pokemon that go past the ingame checks.

EXP Share is build into "script/lua/bin/release/dll_danbattle/dll_danbattle.blua" have fun figuring out how to mod it, it's not possible with cheat codes.

Same goes to breeding, it's build into "script/lua/bin/release/dll_picnic/dll_picnic.blua".

These are binary lua 5.4 files, you need unluac.exe and a lot of patience...
