dns must be anonymous

no
the ps4 is far from the router and no wifi gets to my room
with the help of my smartphone and my smartphone's hotspot the wifi arrives
router\smartphone\ps4
if I'm watching a streaming video it stops and I press the left and right directionals and then X and it quickly picks up where it stopped and then it stops again and I again do the right left and X trick
it does this with all the videos
some times the connection goes perfect and the videos don't stop
when it happened I was 2 hours without interruption
I had to take advantage of it

Just configure the wifi network without using dns, then jailbreak, go to debug settings - playstation network - np environment. You change the value to "sp-int" and reboot.

With this, updates are no longer downloaded and you have access to your network with full bandwidth.

You might want to also check phone settings to make sure when locked it doesn't disable network when locked after a certain amount of time. My phone was default this and hot spot quite working after 5 min locked.

if you have a computer or a laptop near by, you can create a local network by bridging the connection of wired and wireless.

Funny side effect of this settings when you look at trophies no nag screen for connecting to psn.

the cfw, slim ps3 I bought after my original got banned, the guy had set the environment to sp-int. it should be np by default, so maybe he was trying to block updates, though it was on dex iirc.

I don't get updates I don't know what the screen looks like I've never seen it

setting the environment is very easy. it's just the same way you do so on the ps3.

It's settings at bottom when hen is enabled*debug playstation network np environment press x change to sp-int. It should promt you to reboot. From then on you should not get any updates.

I think the ps3 may require writing out the environment in a text box, don't know about the ps4.

I did it
I watched a lot of videos without interruption
did i deactivate the psn? was the psn taking the connection? was that why the videos stopped?
