they already did that several times in japan you go breath of the wild complete edition with all dlc on cartridge and splatoon3 complete edition with all dlc on cartridge, and pokemon got a complete edition too so there is a chance imo.
Huh, Japan exclusives.

Cool that they've released some games fully on cards than split it digitally.

well botw has english on cartridge too so importing a botw complete edition will work great for you too i guess the save file will be different tough but still it has english.

Splatoon 2 complete does not have english sadly.

Reckon Nintendo will do a re-release of Switch's best sellers on the successor so I'll wait for that.

Switch at this point is struggling with newer games so I'll hold off from buying it, although the blue (I like to call it purple) Switch Lite looks really nice so might buy it when it's further reduced.

Generally, I'd be extremely excited over this type of thing, but the maps don't look as HD as the maps that were included in the base game.

I can't help but to notice the lack of detail every time they release a new set of courses

That is because, as other people have noticed, these are ports of tracks from Mario Kart Tour (even for the tracks that haven't appeared over there yet), using the art style for that game, which is tuned for mobile devices that may not have the power to drive high-end 3D graphics. I can notice that they don't look as good compared to the stuff from the base game, but the ports really look better compared to their appearances in Tour.
We can thank Mario Kart Tour's success for the Booster Course Pass existing in the first place (just like we may be able to thank Fire Emblem Heroes's success for contributing to the development of Fire Emblem Engage), otherwise Mario Kart 8 Deluxe would've been like many other Nintendo-published games that have mostly already stopped receiving content updates.

Coming home on the weekends and this is one of the few games my parents liek to play, and my brother is obsessed whenever he comes down to us.

I know some tracks kinda looked, bad, but I’ve loved them all so far, hyped.

(Other than the SNES track in like cup 3, that do be boring)

It's almost as if Nintendo expects this to be their last console!
Well Nintendo won't be able to support making their own consoles for very much longer. Given its lack of exclusive & noteworthy games, they've been really lucky the Switch is doing so well, which allowed them to rest on their laurels for a while, but eventually reality will catch up to them and they'll have to stop making consoles.

In no way, shape or form is Nintendo in the same shoes as Sega in the early 2000's with the Dreamcast. I really don't see them abandoning the console market any time soon. Their target customers are not the same as Sony and Microsoft.

You have a point but there are several factors that in my opinion will eventually prove fatal to Nintendo's console business down the line :
- the lack of third-party support has been an ongoing issue for them for decades, but now with the consoles & games producing costs increasing exponentially, they'll end up not being able to support their own consoles. Look at the Switch library, it's mostly made of ports, cheap remakes and reissues, often sold at full price. What are they gonna do if they release another console in the next few years ? Re-release all those games again ? The trick worked on the Switch because few people played the Wii U games since it flopped so hard, but I don't think people are gonna buy another console to be able to buy the same games again.
- It also means that if they go on making consoles, Nintendo will have to keep cutting costs as much as they possibly can, thus widening their technology gap with Sony & Microsoft more and more. At some point Nintendo will get pushed more and more into niche markets because of that. And with the lack of meaningful technological improvements there will be little point for them in releasing a new console anyway, because people won't feel the need the need to buy a new console that's marginally better and which is gonna see re-released games that were already available on the previous system.
- For the last decade or so, Nintendo has been struggling a lot to keep the same level in quality in their games as the one they were once renowned for. So far they have been able to rest on their laurels because of their reputation and blind worship of many Nintendo fans, but if you exercice some critical thinking it's obvious they're on a downhill path. I'm not saying they're releasing awful games, but it's just not at the same level as before. As far as remakes go, just compare the GBA era and the Switch era, and you'll see there was a time Nintendo put a lot more care and generosity in remakes. The point is if that trend goes on, the Nintendo brand will end up dinwdling in the next 10 or 15 years, which will obviously hurt their console business.

An additional point I would like to make is that Nintendo has already partially abandoned the console market : there's a reason Nintendo created the Switch, which doubles as a handheld and a console. It was a brilliant idea designed to save Nintendo the cost of producing and supporting two systems simultaneously. It allowed them to abandon the 3DS and focus on one sole system. They've been struggling with those issues for years, it's not anything new. It's also one of the reasons why they've been diversifying their activities lately, with the Nintendo park and Mario movie etc... They're not stupid, they know they need to find other ways to make money.

You do have some great arguments, I have to admit. But I still think Nintendo is in good shape financially. Also, concerning the handheld market, don't forget that Sony bit the dust, not once, but twice with the PSP and then Vita. They have abandoned this market, and I wouldn't blame Nintendo if they eventually do the same. Smart phones are overwhelmingly dominant in this area.

this has already been analyzed:

That's no surprise.

These DLC packs are just filler content to keep customers happy until they finally release the next Mario Kart game, but that won't be on the Switch. It'll be on the next-gen Switch.
