First, you shouldn't be using Kefir. Secondly, you don't need Kefir to keep SX OS and Atmosphere. Thirdly, follow this guide instead.

Why not use Kefir ?

Afaik there's nothing wrong with kefir, it has most common homebrews and plugins integrated and is updated regularly. It also comes with sigpatches. Only thing I don't like about it is there's no stock ofw entry in hekate. Iirc their sysnand entry is actually sysnand cfw, not ofw, so you might accidentally install a nsp in sysnand and get banned. Same for sthetix's hats pack, you need to create a stock ofw entry yourself.

You know what people shouldn't be using? Deepsea, NH Switch guide, sdsetup and switch homebrew guide. These aio packages and guides don't include or tell you about sigpatches which only leads to more confusion when people finding things don't work in the future.

In general, you should not use such prefabricated packages. Pick out the stuff for yourself. And moreover, such packages are completely unsuitable for beginners. And that is not the purpose of homebrew. You SHOULD know and learn what you are doing. Or what fusée gelée is, for example, and what you're constantly injecting into the console. Oh, and also, these packages are cluttered with all kinds of stuff.
