    You could also try upgrading to Waninkoko's cIOS rev15. Rev14 had issues with double-layer games, and I haven't had a freeze on 15 yet.

    Sorry, but what is broken about Rev15? Just because WiiPower says he's too stubborn to change his loader? From what I've heard it works fine with GX. Besides, it's Rev14 that's broken. It can't load Brawl or other large games.

    I'm pretty sure the "alt dol from disk" feature in GX has dol offsets hard coded for each "alt-dol game". Since the Metroid Trilogy just came out, and there have been no revisions since, it wouldn't have offsets for this disk. Maybe that's enough to freeze the loader.
