    The difference is you aren't internally altering the DS when you just use a Passcard. Unless you are an idiot and leave in in the slot when you send it in for service, they'll never know. A bricked or flashed DS has a pretty obvious physical symptom of the problem. So yes, you are correct...

    Same here. You can get disposable ones, but I like the reusable ones you can find in nicer sunglasses stores. I usually keep two around, one for the screens and one for the DSL body. The ones Nintendo has in those new little Mario character case/stylus/shami packs aren't nearly as good. SPP

    Passcards, Flashme or Passme's ?

    Passcard 3 for me...people complain that it's expensive, but it's the same price (or less ) of one new NDS game, and with it you never have to buy another retail game again. I think it's worth it to preserve the warranty of my DS and not brick it by accident. SPP
