@Xdqwerty, Retroarch is an awesome bit of software but yeah I have always felt the UI needed a lot of hmmm simplifying? Maybe just better organized?+2

There are a lot of front ends that use Retroarch, depending on what your running them on they can make Retroarch fairly painless
