ROM Hack [Released] Moflex Player
I tried it out with the Kirby Right Back At Ya clips that are on Kirby's Dream Collection. The decoder program that just plays back the files works, but it plays too fast and there's no audio, which already seems to have been noted with using this program on files with the MOC5 header.
