    Hacking Why do some games just freeze forever?

    On my fire card theres something that causes some games like FF4 and most recentlly time hollow to just freeze. the problem is that there is no set spot for the freezing and once it happens it never stops happening at that spot so I have to start over. is there any one else that experiences this?

    do the snes trick(blow and reinsert until its detected). If when you start it and all you get is a white screen, its bricked. If you have any friends with slot 1 cards you could wait a little longer on the debricker or just get it replaced.

    Ok so now its either Edge or the Acecard 2. Both are about $50 with a 2 gig kingston from dealwoot. I just want NDS games to work well and without lag. I'm assuming Kingston is a good brand. give me your opinions, thanks! List any know problems or problems you've had with these.

    One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.

    I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

    Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
