The problem with all investments is that you need a fuckton of money to begin with, for the returns to be of any use. "The returns are 10% per year" yeah well that's fine if you have a million dollars to invest, less fine if you have one dollar. Get bent.

@Veho, And tbh even investing in commercial shit, you have to plan on losing money first few years, break even for a few, then usually 5-6+ before you see a profit.
