idfk what the deal is with my windows 10 install but it is unusably slow these days

@Sicklyboy, Should I play Pokémon TCG Live? My phone can't run TCG pocket, it seems tcg live isnt that popular compared to it and idk the differences between each game

@Xdqwerty, I'm not sure I haven't played it and am not that familiar with the TCG Live version. I just looked at the site for it though and the first thing I noticed is that it seems that it uses the full Pokemon TCG rule set? At least based on the fact that the cards they show have resistance and weakness values

In TCG Pocket it uses a much simpler, trimmed down rule set that makes games go really fast but can get a littel boring tbh

All that to say - I'm not familiar with TCG Live but it looks a little more advanced than TCG Pocket, and that's kinda cool. Actually may look into it myself now

TCG Pocket, the cards only have weaknesses, no resistance, and so far only have one single attack and possibly one passive ability

Hey @Xdqwerty , just wondering, what do you mean by your phone can't run TCG Pocket? Is Google Play Store saying your device is not compatible? If so, you might be able to try sideloading the APK and running it that way https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/the-p...okemon-tcg-pocket-1-0-9-android-apk-download/

If you go into security options on your phone there should be an option to "allow installing from unknown sources" or something to that effect, then when you download the APK you can tap it and it will install manually

TCG live is an online version of the actual TCG. The primary way to unlock cards is to buy the physical cards as there is no monetization at all. You can still get cards without but much less.Like I said it's the actual game. Pocket is a much simplified version.Live has 60 card decks vs 20 from PocketAnother major difference is Winning in Live you have prize cards. Where after you draw your iirc 8 cards you put 6 cards off to the side. You get these cards into your hand by defeating pokemon once you reclaim all 6 you win.Further difference is the need to have energy cards in your deck. Meaning you are limited in how much energy you have.Live is also more prone to crashes & bugs. Like I said the service has absolutely zero monetization so less incentive to fix bugs when it works pretty good 80% of the time (exaggeration)Pocket is about collecting Live is for battles.Pocket matches last like 10 minutes Live is easily 20.
