    First of all it would be helpful if you actually told us what the app was. Secondly did you read the file called README.md because that will have the actual install instructions in it.

    Tried this on my 3ds and every time I try multiplayer in Mario Kart 7 I get a 001-0112 error code and in Mario Maker if I go online it just black screens. What on earth am I doing wrong lol

    Press and hold "B" while starting TWiLight Menu++ until you see the menu. Then you can disable the autostart of the last ROM in the options.

    Why does my Wii U keep trying to download a system update, did a new system update come out?

    At random intervals the WiiU goes online to check if there is a new update. As you are blocking updates the WiiU can't complete its check. This is meant to happen. Or in other words everything is working as it should lol.

    Ctcert.bin is part of the 3ds firmware so it is then Nintendo copyrighted material. It is against site rules to ask for or provide copyrighted material so you will need to look on other sites for this file.
