Yeah DDR4 is fine for games and like 99.99% of things these days and for a while longer

I got like 90% enough parts for a matx so using a dedicated G series will probably be fine.

For a bit I considered just upgrading my 5700X build but it would have only saved me like 500 bucks VS a totally new build....
