    I would like to help you, but I really don't know how. If I were you, I would try to dump all your saves using Checkpoint (just in case), and restore a NAND backup before the RTC changes (wich caused the bug), probably should work. Another try: a Tiny format. But, zero guarantee for both methods.

    Some games like Yo-kai ones punish the user when RTC change is detected. After you load your save data, It pops up that you have to wait for X days to use the functions based in time again (in this case crank-a-kai). Maybe things works properly again after you wait some days.

    Have you made the d9 type in specific? Cause it's differente from regular CTR Transfer. The d9 mode "rebuilds" your nand, even if it's completely erased... Cause it's the real possibility in case of no backup of NAND and deep bricks. @TurdPooCharger can explain it better, if it would work or...

    Probably not related to 2DS but SD card. In the last case if the problem is the NAND, and you don't have a backup, if you can access GodMode9, you can use a CTR System Transfer (Decrypt 9) and should solve any problem you have.

    It happens with me sometimes. Everytime was the work.bin missing. Please check the work.bin file in notepad, when I had the problem it was a blank file, and without the proper code, maybe it's the problem. Replaace the work.bin in game/sce_sys/package using nopaystation site ones and it should work.
