Damn this 3060 Ti came out of nowhere. Dec 1, 2020 at 4:10 PM

Dammit, couldn't snag a 3080, they were gone in seconds! I heard stocks are really low, lame. :/
Looks like 2x the performance is just marketing hype.
Don't get me wrong though, the improvement is still pretty good.
GoW's repeated button prompts are really hard for me to pull off, I somehow manage by using my index finger though.
Tbh I'd rather play the 3 Mario games on emulators with high native resolution and 60fps+.
Nice icon, and Tbh I'd rather play 64 DS on my Wii U than this "remastered" 64 port, 3D Land on my New 3DS XL than this 3D World port, and Super Paper Mario over this Galaxy port. Heck, I'd rather play freaking *Skyward Sword* than Galaxy, and SS is utterly abysmal!
Really hope the PS3 emulator improves a lot soon, I'd love to play GoW 3.
FUCK YES $700 MY WISH CAME TRUE AAAAAAA
I knew everyone claiming those insanely high prices were wrong lol, no way Nvidia was gonna do something like that
Part of me hopes the 3080 would actually go for $700, please nvidia... ;-;
The Ubisoft sale is pretty good I must say, got two complete editions for over half the price.
Just upgraded to a 165hz monitor and HOLY SHIT is it smooth. I can't go back to 60hz, it looks way too choppy now...
Another drastic improvement for me is GSYNC, with VSYNC off, even 60fps looks a lot better.
When I bought my monitor it was in the gsync category, but apparently it doesn't actually support it :/ I really should hit up their support and ask them about that
Try going into Nvidia Control Panel and then the Set up GSYNC option, enable GSYNC compatible.
Black Myth Wukong looks fukin insane, super excited!
Aw fuck, super excited for the two DC games!
Here's hoping that the next gen jump won't be too big, I wanna hit 2K 60+fps on my current gen gpu.
Really digging the new Android Firefox.
I should buy a heatsink to cool my coffee faster
Why not backwards wire a peltier drink warmer?
Tmw your duster has dust on it... ;O;
Who dusts the dusters?
Another one bites the dust
Do you ever do really good cable management in a PC where you would like to open the back panel just to look at it?
My computer is a mess and I don't even have the side panels for it.
A next gen Switch that's backwards compatible like its competitors, that would be sweet.
But then their efforts to resell me quick and easy ports/emulator bundles of last generation's games would be frustrated.
Sadly, backwards compatibility wouldn't be possible with GCN/Wii/WiiU, because the Switch has a different architecture. Also, I doubt it's powerful enough to emulate them.
120hz Console Gaming is nice and all but a 4K120hz TV would cost a fortune, I'm not ready to get a brand new TV...
Should be ok though, as only a minority of games will support it.
PS5 and XBSX will not be capable of hitting 120 FPS in 4K, even top-of-the-line PC GPUs can't manage more than 80ish FPS in 4K at the moment (depending on settings). If you're buying a TV for next-gen gaming, [email protected] is plenty good enough, or [email protected]+ Hz if you're buying a monitor instead. Neither option is all that expensive.
The Switch should get Spotify, that would be nice.
Guess I'll finally be able to try out Pikmin.
