Hacking Problams with House Of The Dead :Overkill (PAL)
To fix the black and white issue use a loader and go to the settings and force your region and enable the vidtv patch I tried this with Backup Launcher v0.3 gamma with no luck (green screen). Do I just have a crappy download (all my prior backups have worked so I know it's not my media)?- jcasti

@K3Nv2 I did that using Citra for 3DS games. Bottom screen was my smartphone. Until I got the touch screen. -
