    Yeah but this depends on the software, not on the hardware. If the developers decide so, they could bring this kind of 3D to almost every game on every hardware.

    If these are really voltage regulators then they sure provide different supply voltages on this board, e.g. 12V, 5V, 3.3V etc. which is quite common for a prototyping board. But they don't need to be voltage regulators at all, could be any other IC in this kind of package... But i think it's...

    You don't get it, do you? It's NOT about the screen being upside down, it's about the 3DS running at all, with his RAM tracing attached (which you can see in other pictures).
