    i heat gunned quite a few xenon consoles back to life back in the day, a little artic silver 5 paste and a 12 volt can mod and a bolt mod if they where really finicky. i had one last 5 years and it only died cause a friend borrowed it and put it in a enclosed cabinet where it couldn't escape its own heat.
