I finally got Radeon Vega 8 to work! Thanks to @CPG for the awesome link that made it possible!
I may be getting a solution to my Vega 8 drivers for Win 8.1 problem. The guy who modifies AMD drivers for BootCamp is looking into it.

Well, it looks like I'll have to abandon my APU's graphics feature for an NVIDIA graphics card. Why, AMD? WHY?!?
I'm having some issues with my Windows computer; I'm trying to get it fixed so I can work on customs again. Everyone has left 8.1, it seems.
